She is a certified coach and holds a master’s in education from the University of Toronto.

Sanja’s strong corporate background in marketing, strategic planning and project management helps clients build businesses based on brand clarity, market strategy / planning and execution of same. Cynthia Carey is a veteran sign language interpreter with 40+ years of experience in medical, legal, and workplace settings. She is known for her expertise in Deaf culture and commitment to accessibility. For the past decade, she has led support services for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students at five Toronto-area colleges, managing 200+ staff Holding a Certificate in Human Resources and a master’s in education from the University of Toronto, she combines academic knowledge with real-world leadership. A life-long learner and innately curious professional, Cynthia continues to evolve in her field, always seeking new ways to support access, inclusion, and educational success.
