We offer a variety of virtual or on-site training & development options customized to best support your organization. Some of our more popular topics include assertive communication, DEIB (inclusive leadership), conflict management and resolution, new supervisor skills training and, leadership development.
We work with a full range of employers from coast to coast within the corporate, government, and not for profit sectors. Our broad experience and personalized approach allow us to continually partner with a variety of organizations, tailoring each program to our client’s specific needs.
Onsite learning:
SparkTaC is known for our in-person leadership and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging workshops. Our skilled team of facilitators delivers interactive and immersive training designed to transform participants so that reach their potential in your workplace and drive the results you want.
Virtual learning:
Since 2018, we have been delivering leadership workshops virtually. We worked very hard to design these learning experience to come as close as possible to in person training. The training is activity based with lots of skills practice. We focus on leveraging available technology to enrich the learning experience.
From our experience we recommend groups no larger than 15-20 for leadership training. For other topics a larger group can work in a virtual format. It really depends on the learning goal sand the desired learning experience.
